Title: Coinsecure does not operate on Saturdays?
Post by: CoinMega on May 27, 2017, 10:23:03 AM
I transferred 1,55,000 INR to Coinsecure 2 hours ago and it's still unverified.

I called their support and they say it'll be verified on Monday or Tuesday.

So my money is gone for 2 days? I'll just sit here with my laptop watching BTC to go down and then recover.

I thought only Sunday was off day? Can I do anything now?

Saturday is a working day and everyone should be in office tomorrow as well..
Trying to process as much as possible
Clearing huge backlogs..
Banks being non cooperative for bulk transfers, etc.
Site is getting more stable, but still needs load tests.

Apologies.
We never expected last few weeks volumes and loads and it is very tough to scale up to the numbers we are experiencing.

Can see a lot of this continuing alteast for the next 2 weeks till BTC prices stabilise and user load/ admin requests minimizes.

Would not advice any INR deposits for the next 48 hours at least.

Do send me your registered email and I will request admin if he can push it into his queue.

Are INR withdrawals being delayed as well?

PS: It's good days for coinsecure; every startup's dream -having an overwhelming response from customers. Good job!

Yup, but queues very close to getting done.
I believe that by this week we should be back to normal..

Until high traffic, loads, volumes and requests hit us again :)

Are withdrawals affected as well? I am unsure if I should withdraw fiat or buy bitcoin and move it to Zebpay and withdraw from there. I don't think I entirely believe their 'backlog' story.. hope their management didn't screw anything up.
Unfortunately, CoinSecure's service is getting unreliable  by the day. The outages are ridiculous, whenever there's action 19/20 times the site goes down, locking us out of fiat and bitcoin. I think I'm done w/ them.

I am also waiting for an favourable answer for withdrawals of fiat . They guy on phone without any hope tells everyday from past two - three weeks that withdrawals is now 4 days late . Damn man, why are you guyz having so much problem in banking dept from so long? By now it should get resolved. I am just observing CS just like that from so long , eagerly waiting to trade on CS. I hope you guyz be fully functional from 1st of june .

There is nothing related to Govt regulation . CS just overloaded with their capacity , They has limited staff and they are looking for new staffs , Got 26th May Withdrawal today morning . They already mentioned a deadline of 4th June of service stability so before any speculation i guess try to understand may be that CS offers most cheap fees among all Indian BTC Exchange and normally that will attract a lot user than other exchanges .
