Thanks. eBay ratings aren't accurate for bitcoin deals. Because the buyers are protected by buyers protection by paypal and basically has 0 risk. But if you are selling paypal for bitcoin that is a completely different story. The buyers ain't protected by any sort of protection from paypal and if you file a dispute then the buyer is dead basically. Go to wesellcrypto, they offer around 8% above preev i think which is not too bad and what you're asking. You can buy up to $15 a day without any verification there as well.
