payment methods:

paypal
skrill
bank transfer
western union
pokerstars.uk

but name one and I'll tell you if possible

Very good! That's one of the ways to avoid getting scammed.

Identify the predators.
ALWAYS use escrow. Always and without exception.

Why don't you find someone experienced and reliable at www.localbitcoins.com (http://www.localbitcoins.com) ?
They got pretty good escrow system.

The thing is. bitcoin is going down. so im not actually willing to buy at exchange rate. payment possibilities added

If i was you I'd go to spectrocoin,they accept skrill(€4 deposit fee) but you need to get verified which will take a a day or two

This sounds ridiculous. Buying premium price when you can go to an exchange for cheap.

use local bitcoin. or polo or kraken.

You are the one who requires Bitcoin.
Therefore, since the person you are trading with is giving you that chance, they will probably charge you a fee since the process will cost them time, and time is money  :)

Not to mention it's hard to convert large sums of money to Bitcoin easily.
