MB: biostar TB250 - BTC GPU: 6 x Asus AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin PS: CORSAIR AXi Series AX1200i Digital 1200W CPU: Not decided yet, waiting for some suggestions. SSD: Not decided yet. This is my first rig, I was always interested about mining but never had the cash for it. I would like to know what you guys think of this and I would appreciate any advice you may have. Thank you. You can use any SSD, although I would not go much below 120 GB since you will need a large page file set as well as space to store blockchains and wallets etc.

Title: Re: New mining rig - config help Post by: Elder III on May 28, 2017, 01:21:38 AM For mining you will actually lower the core clocks and overclock the memory for the best performance on Ethereum and similar coins. The GPU with the best cooler is the one I would pick if prices were equal.
