You guys really need to read. The fact that you're asking for escrow is proof you aren't even able to read a simple post, therefore how do you expect a potential employer to pick you over someone who IS able to read?

What reminder do you need? If you're interested in a job, you should look at what's for offer. If you clicked through to their site, you'd already know all of this. His "reminder" is useless because it shouldn't even be necessary. Why would people blindly apply for jobs they know nothing about? This is what baffles me.

OP has rightly put a disclaimer on the message. He is neither recruiting nor a company to hire people to work in. What he does is more like a job site that scouts the Internet's for vacancies then post on its website for users to pick from but in this case, his site will mostly be related to bitcoin and nothing else.

What is your source of income if you are not asking for any payment then mate? how'd you earn from this and what is a real world job anyways?

All I see are online jobs and no muscle power needed. I need more information on this real job what does it mean? do we have a fake job that I wasn't aware of it?

Hi. Looks like another usable website for job finding. It collects interesting offers from other job sites  ::) But i am not sure is it collect only remote jobs or normal too?

So basically its a website promotion, however the way you are prooting it looks satisfying.  I would give it a shot for sure.

Title says you are looking for Employee for Real Jobs but in description you promote a website.
So you are not hire employee we need visit that open an account and apply for job like how others freelancing website work.
I am really confuse why you post website promotion here in this section.service section only for if you have any service or offer any service.

Escrow service make the job seekers and employers trust more about the service? Why they can't be cheated because unpaid job and undone tasks. Escrow in bitcointalk is also used in bitcointalk services.

I think the OP mentioned the site which needs online workers mostly. You dont need a visa or passport as the employer will give you work online and you can work at your home with ease. This is the same concept used by many freelancing sites like Upwork etc which offers people find online work from all over the world without being travel to that particular country.

You yourself not providing any jobs and it is like a freelance website, thats what I understood from your website.
The design is a little ambigous and search function is not working properly. Also there is no details about how payments are given and what would be the rates per work. Would like to know more about social media jobs in my country.

Search function is really friendly. all you need to put is "position+location" if you want an specific result. sample PHP India or Forex UAE.
If you click on "apply now" you will see the complete jobs details may include the salary range or rate but if not included it must be depends on interview.
