Instead, you're a newbie who's asking all the same questions all other newbies who don't read ask. You can't get a loan without collateral. I would be willing to bet my house that you have nothing to put up as far as that goes. So ultimately the answer for you is NO. Nobody takes chances with newbs here. Put up or GTFO.
