They let you complete some huge survey with tons of pop up windows and only in the end they tell you that it's only meant for say Brazilian citizens. Then even if you change your IP to match they still find some excuse to not pay out anything.
Still at least they only waste your time, but if there's malware in any of these sites it can be risky for your money too.
