I have radeon rx 580 8gb. With this card what should mine that will be profitable now a days.

With radeon cards, it's simple, because there is not that much choice, just let it mine ETH it's always to more profitable on the long run for more than a year now.

what do u mean by duel mining ?

dual mining is done with clymore mining to mine ETH + sia or decred or pascal, it's very profitable for amd gpu especially now that ETH is very high in value, take a look at this thread about dual mining
