I've had a terrible experience with this seller. He's a SCAMMER.

He gave me a VPS which stopped working after 2 days. He then ignored my messages for 2 days. When I posted on his thread, he responded immediately and said that he's working to fix it.

 After another day of this bullshit, he said that he doesn't know why it isn't working and he's raised a support ticket.

It's been 2 more days and the VPS still isn't working. He's again stopped responding to my Skype messages. This guy is a total waste of time.

It is aws vps.

If you look at the OP, you can instantly tell it is a aws. My guess is that he got his hands on some promo codes, and pretty much reselling servers until the credit runs up. He could prove everyone wrong though because the prices are to good to be true.

I do not know if there is any vouch for what this guy is selling but every accusation should come with enough proof or evidences; something like conversation screen shots or quotes, payment or transactions evidence and should be posted in the scam accusation section.
