Title: Is moonbit.co.in down for anyone else?
Post by: CoinTasker on June 01, 2017, 08:26:37 AM
I noticed earlier today or yesterday that moonbit.co.in was throwing me an error every time I attempted to make a claim. It actually managed to go through eventually after my 3rd of 4th attempt, so I thought maybe it was a network issue or something else on my end. But I just noticed my last referral payment into my Xapo account was over 11 hours ago, and I typically get referral payments every 1-2 minutes at the latest. So I went to login and withdraw just to test, and the error popped up again and this time I can't seem to get past it.

I've also noticed my max claim amount maxes out at 195 satoshi now, which is pretty weak compared to how much I previously could earn with a delayed claim.

Just curious if any of you are seeing the same issues, especially affiliate earners who have been promoting them long enough to have a strong referral base. Is moonbit.co.in finally dead??

I noticed that users who claiming with their Xapo account in last few days have similar problems. I'm claiming with bitcoin address and haven't faced any problems so far. I'm still getting referral commission, but less than in past.
They are not dead, but looks that they have some problems with their Xapo account, maybe they don't have enough funds to pay for everyone. It's bad that is almost impossible to contact moonbit.co.in admin.

Damn, thanks for the info. It's actually quite helpful.

I have been having the same problem for almost a week now. It was back for a short while but problem is still not solved. I can not make any claim. fieldbitcoins.com has a problem as well. When I make a withdraw request to my xapo wallet, I do not recieve my savings, however the account balance goes back to 0.

So, the problem is related to Xapo accounts? Both for Moon and Field?

I've been having the same problem for about a week. I always tried with my email though so that funds were sent to my Xapo wallet. I just used my XAPO BTC Address instead of my email and it worked. I signed out and tried my email address to login and it still doesn't work. I logged back in with my XAPO BTC Address and it worked again. So for now, I suggest you use your BTC Address.

ive heard that there are some technical problems with xapo at the moment that might explain what is going wrong with moon and other xapo facuets.
having said that, its working ok for me at the moment so maybe its just a on-off problem

It just started working for me too. Both BTC Address and email logins are working.

Both moon and field just worked fine for me, but I did discover I was experiencing issues with all 3 of my own Xapo apps at the same time, so I do think it was a Xapo issue. I'm not positive if my apps have been resolved or not, but just wanted to chime in again and say at least moon and field are working at the moment

It looks like Moon is down again, and I havent even recieved a referral payout in over 5 hours....So it's been down for awhile.

Additioanlly, my xapo faucets are not working either so it's safe to assume that Xapo is and has been having technical issues for the last couple days. Beware of everything Xapo at this point!

The problem seems to be solved both on moonbitco and fieldofbitcoin. I use xapo address at both faucets and i can claim again. My daily bonuses are gone though. I hope it won`t happen again.

I'm sometimes having the same issue. For so far I didn't lose my daily bonus.
I'm using my bitcoin address to login.

This is the second time I lost my daily bonus. The first time is on May 27th (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1936756.msg19232926). I hope there won't be the third time.
