Look into crypto ping, you can get ideas when something will start pumping. Those groups are scam and will dump on you.

I get that they are big but I don't know why people assume its not coordinated poloniex whales rather than the organisation itself which by my estimates gain over half a billion dollars per year in fees already without and pump/dumps.

I think the OP is looking at groups of individuals interested in
their chosen coin aiming to influence the market for their own gains
rather than an actual exchange.

fairpump is one of them, i followed them inthe past, but then i left them behind, soem of these group say somethign but then do another thing, you can find them on twitter easily, i don't trust these group, if they pump a coin it's not to make you reach this is certain, so be aware

There are some groups and sites out there that openly demonstrate the push of various coins, but not many and they are not populated by those that do the biggest pumps.  If those people/groups were to publicly post something like a "schedule" for a certain coin, then the pump would likely fail. . 

Imagine that myself and nine other people decide to slow, with increasing speed, buy the X coin.  This is leaving out anything about promotion, rumor building and the such, just plain old buy it for the price rise.

Dont be fooled, pumping groups exist only in chatrooms and chatting apps. They communicate on apps like telegram, whatsapp, skype etc. There are also on .onion links where its close to impossible to find if they dont invite you. All those websites that promise intel before a pump happens are scams.

In order to join such a group, you got to have a lot of money, be intelligent and have great knowledge of crypto and how prices work, be useful in a way or another and get noticed by members here. If you are a noob with like 100bucks to invest.. just forget it.

Yes they do and the reason is they are very strict on who get's in I read that you need at least 1 to 2 bitcoin to get in here I might say this is the official home of most whales so what ever they pump every body notice it.

It's a game of luck and of analyzing what is a good technology or utility added by a coin, not easy to figure out sometimes.

Pump groups are generally a bad idea, because since they are public, there strategies can be found by anyone, which is at the inverse of the pump, which is meant to be discrete. They will leave you with a bag by selling before their call. Bad idea to join one of those "pump groups".

I do not trust these pump groups they are the ones who makes profit from their speculation the  truth is if you follow them you are going to end up the lose,they are actually the one pumping it while they dump their bag of coins.

Those groups requires btc for joining and all what you will get are some basic information when and what will be pumped and you are on your own. There is one big chance to end up on the different side of this gang, and you to learn lesson on harder ways. Avoid it, learn how to listen puls of market and you will be greately rewarded.

For example, Our pump plan is to start June 5 and end June 10.  We publish this plan, as well as putting noon EST in the public plan so that we all can work together for the highest profit.  Well, that means that we all intend to dump our coins on June 10 at noon and everyone now knows that. ;D

Poloniex is for me best pump group but you think group where we can get results or group where we can buy altcoins and sale?

Maybe Fairpumps does exist but since yesterday they did not hold Fairpump event, I think they've gone bankrupt because left by big investors who have joined them, maybe because they ever move the trading place from Bittrex to cryptopia from there people have gone.

Nice one ! If another person, outside that group sees this, then they should plan to dump theirs at 11:30 AM, before the price drops at noon when the pump group dumps.  

I've also tried it, it's dangerous.
The pump lasts only a few minutes. If it's too late then we certainly lose a lot of money. I never tried it again.

Watch the forums, but also and even more importantly, watch the exchanges troll boxes.  The sell/buy page of a coin does not tell you who is selling and buying, but after some time, getting to know the people chatting and watching carefully, you can see where the pumps are coming from. Rumors control the price more than the buying and selling sometimes.

Why would those groups admit anyone that is searching for them on a public forum. So if you are not a whale like them, don't expect to be accepted in their circles, let alone the ethical side of the pump and dump schemes, which I think are also illegal to participate in.

I am a new comer to this question and would like to know more about it. What does it mean by pump group in altcoin? Why poloniex is mentioned by every one in the house. I'm guessing it includes the altcoin which are ready to rise in price in the near future and is listed in top altcoin ?

The pump groups usually cost btc to join. If you join those free pump groups, the coins are usually pumped to 50% by the time you can get into the market. Sometimes you ended up losing money.

Others think the same and after months and months of selling out a little too late, the time keeps moving further back and eventually the whole idea of pumping is useless as no one else ever buys into the coins that we post we are going to pump.  Pump is almost always followed by dump and that makes for scared people that either never buy a coin being pumped or dump early.

I personally love the combination of a high sell order on coin X, followed quickly by a random announcement in the chat box that the dev of coin X "just got arrested for grand theft" or something like that.

Even if there is a pump group will not be shared to the public (private). If share to public will be many trader know it and there will be no loss.
If you want you can to create your own pump group and invite your friends as members  8)

They'll buy the coins before they ask you to pump and then dump on you when the group pumps  ;D

That's exactly my thought and when you analyse the graphics (say eboost), the price already went up from 0.000043 to 0.00013 BTC / EBST 1 min prior to annouced pump.
Which is very probably them, they got a guaranteed x3 + of course the fee you pay for entering the group. Playing it safe, they probably already sold before anyone.

Of course those that buy at +700% are the people they prey upon.

I'd be very cautious with all this. In the regular market, it's called insider trading.

Our goal is to pump coins, but not mindlessly like most pump groups are. They're destroying the market and their members. We keep it simple and pick out coins that have something to look forward to. (ANS had a recent conference and was fairly easy to pump).

Anyone who joins a pump group is going to lose all their money its only a matter of time. The only winners in pump groups are the ones who run it.

If you want to be ropped join these groups. they tell you to pump, after they collect enough. And sell them to you. There are many greedy people that want to take your coins.

Avoid these groups as much as possible

Using a pump group for trading is not a good idea according to me because most of the people get loss their because the members who get in early make the most of the profit and small members who gets late get the loss my advice is to learn yourself then do trading like this you will make good money.

it is so funny that people still believe that there is such groups. All pump groups are fake. Their leaders are swindlers.
Pump is not something that they do with so many people. They collect before and sell all of them to you. And you will think that you are pumping but they will be dumping all their coins to you.

Pump groups are made for making profits from their own members. With no exclusions.

This is the truth behind those pump and dump groups on which the people who do bought already the most number of coins will surely make money and those people who did just joined or bought will really be left behind experiencing lose of money for sure. This is why its really risky to think off on joining these groups. I would rather trade on my own.

I got your point. Patience is really a virtue and if we do make control on ourselves we would really able to make good entry point when prices are somehow stabilizing on dip prices. These times will most likely is the crucial part because we do observe if the price would possibly rise up again on next days,weeks,months or years but one things for sure i wont really easily believe on those groups.

Just trade on your own and when you get profit it's a nice feeling that you can tell to yourself that it's all credit to you and you don't need those blood suckers in your life.
You save money from it and all the knowledge and experiences will be use for long term and journey as a trader.

Those groups are useless and full of retards. I was desperately searching too but couldn't find a good one.

I think the biggest right now is the Palm Beach Research Group and they are claiming to give you huge profits by paying also a huge amount of your btc for their signals. Stay away from them by the way.

Maybe do it with your own, joining in altcoins pumps group is not advisable especially when your co-members were newly in the industry I can't means all but most of the time. It's better to used buy and sell of altcoin to assured that you gaining profit in the future than group income with no assurance of equally divided of income.

Hello! Why do you believe in altcoin pump groups? I've been involved in a lot of groups, but they're all a bunch of tricks. They make you fomo and they are willing to sell all the altcoin to you. I lost a lot of money when joining those groups. I may not have experience, but I noticed a lot of people in the group have complained

I often do not trust such groups, they will use us to make money for them.
