No legitimation. No explanation. No information. Got no answers on my requests. No e-mails. No help. I have 0.44 BTC on my account.
(Chat) Support can not help me, they're just advising me to forward my issue to the "Security department". I sent several e-mails to security@1x-bit.com . but have not received an answer until today. They are completely ignoring me. I'm 1xbit deposit 0.3 BTC, playing basketball ball to win up to 0.44 BTC, apply for withdrawals, was turned down, ask website customer service, email let me contact the security department,I sent several e-mails to security@1x-bit.com ., For the past two week, the problem don't have any news, send several emails without words! And now these scammers 1xbit/1xbet advertising that their users can win BMW X5. Seriously? Stealing funds from users and giving away a car. Seems legit.
