Title: Jaxx Wallet Having Problems Post by: go1joe on June 02, 2017, 09:57:26 PM I downloaded Jaxx Wallet as a Google Chrome Extension. First of all I Deposited Bitcoin and sent some which turned out fine. When i started to Receive Payments I noticed that my spendable kept being zero. I have written to support and they responded with:
We've just recently updated our Chrome and Android versions! Please go to jaxx.io and download the latest versions for either or both platforms as it may also fix the issues you've been having. For Chrome extension is 1.2.15.1 Let us know if the update works! If not, we'll gladly extend more help your way. When I go to Jaxx.io it tells me to start an Account and I do not see any way I can Update What I currently have. I believe I have the updated version but not sure how to find it. I thought about Removing it from Google Chrome and Reloading but I am afraid I will loose my Bitcoin. I also am unable to see my transactions. I have gave all this information to their Support Team. I also changed amounts receiving to another Wallet.
