Title: gpu 4go for ETH Post by: matmator on June 02, 2017, 10:55:44 PM Hello
In your opinion, in how long will the gpu 4go be obsolete to miner ethereum? Because impossible to find rx 480/580 8go. So I think take 4go, but I'm afraid that it quickly obsolete like the 2go. thank you Title: Re: gpu 4go for ETH Post by: Vann on June 02, 2017, 11:02:38 PM Don't worry about it. The Dag ~0.73x per year growth level puts it at 4 GB some time in 2019. By then the cards will have payed off many times over or ETH will move to POS. You can always resell the cards to recover a good part of your cost too.

It is already 2 weeks that I wait for my rx580 8go. But I think to cancel it to take 4go. what do you think about it ? I say get the 4GB. Cheaper, so ROI is quicker and the faster you start, the faster that will happen. It is already 2 weeks that I wait for my rx580 8go. I mined with my 2Gb cards for 2 years after the DAG became so big that they will stop mining. What I want to say is that you will have recovered your spendings and will have accumulated enough capital to reinvest in new ones. Just mine ;) Title: Re: gpu 4go for ETH Post by: matmator on June 03, 2017, 12:45:10 AM Ok, thank you for reassuring me,
