Title: POLONIEX does not solve the problems (SCAM?)
Post by: annonymous on June 03, 2017, 05:16:38 AM
Within two weeks, how many people can not contact support poloniex.com and solve the problems associated with non-accrual of deposits!
Why does not support respond? Do they have a problem?

That's not the true fact. Poloniex always hear from the users and in return contact you soon after solving the issue. Recently one guy created a thread stating that his problem with poloniex was not resolved. But in a short mentioned that he was contacted by the support team and resolved issues. Don't generate such threads and ruin the reputation of the service renderer.

And how much should I wait? Maybe a month or a year? What nonsense? They have not answered me for more than two weeks! My money was hanging from them !!! And not only me! People can not trade because of problems! It's you who say nonsense!
Let people answer, but do not remain silent!

You are the one that has problem and looking for solution therefore the best thing to do is send them another message again as the one you sent before may have not got you solutions. Calling poloniex a scamming sites may not be the right word to use because they did not answer you.

I have recently done several deposits there and haven't got any problem till now. But their support system is quite messed up right now after all those DDOS attack they have gone through few weeks back. But we still don't have good alternative to polo so we have to still believe in them and wait for their response.  >:(

Its tough to be patient when it's your money hang out there. However, I think they are simply backlogged and were unprepared for the surge. It is to their benefit to take care of your support ticket. How long that will be is definitely the question. There is no competition on the horizon in terms of decentralized exchanges. We are about a month away from some pretty big changes in terms of options for people looking to exchange.

Poloniex = MtGox?

Since I applied for a level 2 verification at Poloniex, everything got worse. And it took about 4 weeks till I got thru.

For verification, send them only high quality scans and pictures, and be precise as possible. An external agent, who does not care about you, because you're not his customer, is approving your application, or not!

I lost some BTC during that time because of limited access...

Since I got level 2, deposits and withdrawals go quick and smooth, except of those who are under maintenance.

During the process I picked up something like "specific restrictions" from support. Ask them for your "spec. Restr.", that will explain a lot of troubles you experienced recently.

Is Poloniex going the Mt.GOX way?
I hope not. But I remember when Cryptsy crashed. It was during the best time, everything was up, you had more choices then you could manage. It was a "BIG TIME".
About 3 months before the crash of Cryptsy, some usual guys said, Cryptsy is broken. These posts added up over time, till it was too late ...

I'm expirienced, I got my first btc at 46.-$, so I have most of my coins in local wallets. You never know ...
