Title: REQ:legal section in forum Post by: indio007 on June 19, 2011, 05:09:46 PM There should be a whole section dedicated to the legal implications of bitcoin. Otherwise they are always going to be discounted for risk. If you can't enforce a transaction in court then there is no point.

Maybe a tax section. In the US, tax is on income from whatever source derived. It even applies to citizens working overseas. That's why you have to expatriate to avoid income taxes. |
