These are from social engineering fitbit customer representatives for a refund of the fitbit unit which you didn't actually bought yourselves but you just have the fitbit account of somebody else and just did a refund SE-ing.
Thus the reason for no charger and for sure you don't have the original box but only a cardboard one. |
