Title: Need help from a miner Post by: tendemo on June 04, 2017, 07:09:05 PM Hi its been over a week and a half that I had an incoming bitcoin transaction and its stuck in the block. Can any kind miner add this transaction to their block . Funny enough it has a 0.0005 BTC fee attached with it I wonder why its taken so long .

Also try adding it to https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ this transaction accelerator. Also, you could try messaging quickseller or macbook-air to get it confirmed (though you do have to pay for this service). Because your fee is just far too low. 0.0005 btc fee is low even if your transaction was only 226 bytes (1 input, 2 outputs)... that would equate to a fee of only 221.238938 sats/byte. If your transaction size is any larger, your fee gets even smaller.You need to learn to calculate and use fees in sats/byte (or BTC/kb) as that is what miners care about.
