How much research have you conducted on this topic? What do you know about crypto currency mining? Why do you want to "build a pc" to mine coins? It's been widely discussed here (for years) and there are plenty of threads to read that will give you the answers you seek. Building a pc to mine coins is a very old (now) way to mine coins...2010 type approach. Doing so now with bitcoin would never generate a return for you, let alone $25 a day! But maybe it's possible with other lesser known currencies.
