Just go to poloniex, bittrex, or other exchange sites and buy how much dogecoin you want to buy.

You can't buy dogecoin or bitcoin with paypal but if any bitcoin exchange support bank wire from your country than you can simply buy bitcoin with your fiat and than convert it to dogecoin. Few of the trusted bitcoin exchange platforms are coinbase, kraken, bitstamp etc.

try paxful to buy bitcoin with paypal, then send the bitcoin to poloniex and buy dogecoin

May I ask why dogecoin? It seems silly and not much of a future. Then again a lot of people have made money trading it so what do I know lol good luck

If you want to buy with fiat then you need to do some verification that some exchanges require, I'm not sure if you can buy directly dogecoin with bitcoin but there are some alternatives.

First of all is coinbase that accepts bank transfers (of course if your country is accepted by them), then after buying bitcoin you have to exchange in dogecoin. Also bitsmap you can buy there through credit cards (if i'm not mistaken)

Use reputable escrow if you want buy something here. To much scammer in this forum

Calling yourself a trusted buyer with your rank completely destroys your reputation and chances to be tried but i will consider you because you are newbie and you might not understand the weight behind your statement.

Go to this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 and create a thread of just like this but dont tell them you are a trusted buyer or they will ignore you.

Most importantly, i hope you are not trying to buy Doge with stolen or hacked paypal account ?

You can not say you are a trusted buyer from a new account which has only 2 posts.

Because they want cheaper price than market price. Or they are too lazy to deposit or exchange or convert their fiat/local money to bitcoin which accepted on exchange sites.

Crypto world  is very funny. a few months ago i was trying to sell DOGE here for 21 sats when it was 19on exchange . I was seeing the price going up soon but just didnt want to wait, so for me 21 was ok. A lot of people spammed the thread and i ended up closing it because i didnt want a red tag. I sold the doge later above 100. its interesting to see people looking for doge at current prices now:)
