There were several stock designs for these, and this one appears to be "Beer!" These are really high-quality cards, with great graphics, quality holograms, printing and multi-layer plastic meant to enhance security. Their website was here (http://www.bit-card.de/), but it has been down for maintenance for a long time and I do not believe these cards are made any longer. It's a shame, because they made a great product. I have some of the aluminum crypto-cards (last column, 2nd row) and I still use them, and I have a couple of the crypto-coin cards (3rd column, 2nd row), but I missed most of the rest.
