My advice would be to keep emailing them. Irritating them worked for me before, but I had the right to since I had over BTC10 in my account, and it was a verified account. Post by: BCTBF on June 09, 2017, 12:43:07 AM Already 5 days I'm make withdraw bitcoin in poloniex but until now the status is still "Awaiting Approval" and I've sent a ticket to the support center to cancel the withdrawal. But I guess, in that way making our complaints will not get any response from them.

If they delayed your request even though you are verified and with over 25k USD in account then what could we except when we are not verified and with much lower balance?
