5btc

Thanks for the offer, but it's too low. I'm looking for someone that really wants an ASIC badly and missed out on pre-ordering early. 5 BTC is not going to get it. I may actually keep it.

Take your greedy ass elsewhere. You're never going to sell it with that attitude. Just keep it and GTFO!

Yea, so greedy. Paid $163 for the cheapest ASIC instead of just going with a 30/GHz, it's because I'm greedy. and now I'm declining an offer for 5BTC which is 20% of what 1 block would give me. Yea, good one. You got jokes kid. Keep them coming because you are a joke.

Stupid faggot, I'm here offering it to someone who missed the chance to pre-order early. If they don't want to pay what it's worth, then fuck yes I am keeping it. There's a difference between being greedy and being dumb, but I suspect you're too fucking stupid to understand it so don't worry.

Get the fuck out of my thread.

At the current difficultly, it can mine 3-4 blocks in a year. Obviously that will change, but still a very profitable little device for a good while now. I should just keep it and mine for the next 2 years = 100+ BTC easily. Of course I will eventually have to retire it when the difficulty goes past 200 million, but that won't be anytime soon.

75 is a little steep for me.

I'm not trying to crap on you, but if you are claiming 100 plus coins in 2 years worth of mining with it, we wouldn't have a whole lot of incentive on purchasing it with only 25 plus coin profit in 2 years. The price of btc may rise, but the 75 we spent is still gone.

Personally I think you should hold on to. Reward your self for faith in an early pre order. I hope you paid cash. Those of us that paid in coins are the ones that are hurting now :-)

GLWS if you do decide to sell it though.

75BTC for a 5GH/sec miner ordered in October 2012 (how that's 1st batch I'll never know), vs 71BTC (top bid) for a 10GH/sec ASICMiner blade that was already delivered weeks ago. Color me amused.

I do believe sellers need to learn some professionalism, but that's personal, seems like some peoples asic fever will drive them to buy anything from anyone.

did you really say 75 BTC, I would say that you could sell it for 10 BTC for some dumb new member but 75 BTC!!!, ASICminer blades hash @ 13GH/s and they are shipping few days after you pay them, and people got them for less than 60 BTC.

your stuff is worth exactly the best bid that anyone is willing to pay, if you think that it is undervalued than you just keep it , this is how market works .

lol considering the people who would even consider spending 75BTC on an asic would go to avalon-asics and buy a 60gh's one for 75BTC and actually receive it in the same year they ordered it, they would be pretty dumb to buy your 5Gh's jalapeno for that price.

Might be, but it's a BFL product, so it's in-line with company procedure.

I would not buy this if you paid me, because then I'd have to take time out of my precious day to make a trip down to the landfill to recycle it properly once it finally arrived when the difficulty is almost 700 million.  And you probably don't have enough Bitcoins to pay for my time of approximately 2 billable hours to make this trip, or you wouldn't be trying to sell this.  Honestly, get the refund while you still can.  BFL will be going under soon once others get the same idea and pull their money.

Just for a gamble, I bought a butterfly labs Jalepeno pre-order, order date 11/2/2012 for $400 on Ebay.  This guy is nuts.  I seriously doubt bfl will ship anything ordered after September, 2012 in 2013.  The math seems almost impossible.  I say any offer over 4 btc is crazy.  Might as well keep it you angry little man.  Hopefully your mom gives you free electricity in your trailor house.

I will give you the multiple choice version:

Because:

a) Avalon
b) ASICMiner
c) Independent ASIC manufacturers
d) BFL

I'll give you a hint.  The answer is not D.

His jalapeno will NEVER be profitable.

A reasonable estimate as to when it will ship is September.

A reasonable estimate of the difficulty that time is 50 million.

A reasonable amount to pay for this is about 1-2 bitcoins. Not 75.

Go make another bag of popcorn and find another thread to troll in the meantime, losers.

Random anecdote: I've been on a diet for the last couple weeks, trying to lose around 5lbs of spare tire I have growing around my mid-section, but ever since by best friend was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer this past Tuesday, just got out of surgery the other day for removing three clusters from his lungs, and holding his catheter bag while he was walking laps around the cardiothoracic wing of Baylor in Dallas, yesterday, I think some comfort food is in order.

I have been aching for some popcorn for over two weeks now. Didn't even have popcorn while taking in "Iron Man 3" at the cinema recently.

Genuinely, honestly and truly, you have just convinced me to make a bowl of Orville Redenbacher's popcorn out of my hot air popper, with some real Land O'Lakes butter and kosher salt.

Ok here's the deal, I'll accept 11 BTC for it. No, I cannot do escrow but I can give you my personal info. I will only sell to US buyers. No, I'm not exactly sure what batch I'll be in, I'm not sure when it will arrive. It is my gut feeling that BFL will eventually get it right and all the miners will finally be sent out. Being that my order was in October, I'm at a decent place in the line.

the offer is on the table. take it or leave it. it's not that I don't trust you, I simply want the BTC now rather than the order. again, I'm selling an order and I want the BTC up front. I live in the united states and will supply my personal info. If that's not enough then too bad.

did BFL use escrow? no

the offer is on the table. take it or leave it. it's not that I don't trust you, I simply want the BTC now rather than the order. again, I'm selling an order and I want the BTC up front. I live in the united states and will supply my personal info. If that's not enough then too bad.
Your signature reminds me of the scammer btcguy, he always replied with fuck you. Good luck.  :)

No escrow, I am sure everyone is going to be throwing themselves at this offer.  ::)

Sorry, but BFL is a company with a track record of actually delivering many FPGA miners. You are a rude Jr. Member.

Actually it was a joke. Obviously I'll take a reasonable offer. 11 BTC is reasonable to me

For you it's 75. For everyone else, 11.

It would only take you two years to find a block... After you get it... and the price is what... $10 per BTC by that time... then the offer is not 20% of a block.

You have shit... It would be cheaper to buy a GPU rig, now, than to wait for your overpriced "possibly scam" device to arrive.

I stumbled across this thread a couple weeks ago and just had to watch it. Glad I did, this is extremely entertaining! BTW there is a guy trying to sell one he has in hand and he can't get 30BTC out of it.

Right.... my sarcasm meter must be broken. He wasn't asking 30 for it, I was just saying that he was getting offers in the 20's but nowhere near 75.
