You will be able to buy BTC with cash if you have a close friend who wants to sell his BTC.

You should use Localbitcoins..
I tried it once to buy Bitcoins using cash & it worked out great.

Just meet the person in a public place!

Best using localbitcoin and meeting person in face to face. Direct contact dealing maybe little risky

I think many would not be comfortable dealing with a newbie just opened an account here to deal in cash without knowing the person. Many people do not deal in cash due to unknown  user on other end. So only those who are known or have a credibility on the forum better to trade with or same goes for localbitcoin as well.

yes with their new update, they have added the facility to claim your Bitcoin cash, may be soon they ll start with BCC trading too, keep a watch to it.
