They need change their ways of accepting bitcoin.
15 minute window when bitcoin-qt core client fasatest is 20 minutes.

All of the gift card services need change their ways and adopt/adapt to the new bitcoin scenery.

I use giftoff.com and have never had a problem with it. A couple of times it did take longer than the Bitpay window to confirm but I got the gift card all the same.

I may be wrong, but I think the window is for you to broadcast the transaction - confirmation(s) can occur after the 15 minute window and still be accepted.

I've been using zeek, superb platform, a proper professional set up.  Think its only for UK or germany not sure.

Just like eGifter.com... the timeframe they give you is for "submitting" your transaction. It even says so in your screenshot:

They don't actually expect the transaction to be confirmed within the timeframe, but they expect you to have at least broadcast the transaction. Obviously, you won't get your gift card until the transaction confirms... Not sure about gyft.com but eGifter.com needs 3 confirmations and then they'll classify your payment as complete and process your order.
