I helped set up this pool. It is not mine per se, but the owner cannot post here so he asked me to do it. It should have around 90-95% mining efficiency. No matter what your mining speed is, you should start seeing rewards in your CNC wallet 1-2 hours after starting to mine. This pool is connected to a few other pools, so we already have 200 M/hash/sec, so we're finding blocks pretty often. And since there aren't that many people onto here, the connectivity is very good since the server is not overloaded ^_^ After mining for 2-3 hours you should see something like this in your wallet: https://i.imgur.com/nly7090.png VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure your payout address shows up in here: http://192.162.112.138:8109/static/graphs.html?Day . If you see your payment address on there, it means it is working. Normally payouts are expected to come after 2-5 hours of mining. But more realistically it should be around 3 hours. You will see something like this in your wallet: https://i.imgur.com/nly7090.png . But it calculates your hashrates based on how many shares you deliver. And since p2pool shares take longer than normal pushpool shares, it will show up like that . Nothing you can do about it.

Might be that you got lucky the first hour. But all in all, spread out during a day you will make the same amount if money. but when every share gets with a probability of 50% into carebears wallet it is plausible that you don't see any shares for your address. this is how the fee is implemented in p2pool. I just setup his pool for him he had the linux server. He paid me 100 CNC to setup the pool and then he said he'd pay me 25 CNC per hour if I promoted this pool because he doesn't have a forum account. He has been true to his word for paying me because I requested the CNC upfront. Sorry guys :( If I had my own server I would have hosted a pool, but I don't and this seemed like a good idea.
