Today we have an auction for a total of 1.314515% of CoinHoarder's Batch 3 Avalon group buy.  This represents 9.5 shares.

Each investor owns a percentage of each of the seven 4 Module ASICs that were ordered.
Monthly dividends will be pad out to each investor according to their ownership percentage.
Dividends will be paid after electricity costs, any pool fee (yet to be determined), and 3% hosting fee are taken out.
Total BTC invested in the group buy: 722.7025 BTC
595 Gh total from all Seven Avalons

The auction will last about 3 days from the time of this OP, and will end at 00:00 UTC, 07-May-2013.  The forum timestamp will be considered official.

The starting bid is 1.9 BTC per share. 
The bidding increments are .01 BTC
The minimum bid quantity if for .5 shares, in increments of .5 shares.
A higher number of shares at a given price beats earlier, lower bids.
If escrow is desired, I have no objection.  Probably not needed as CoinHoarder lurks here.
No PM bids will be accepted.  All bids must be in this thread.

Why are people bailing?

Personally, I saw what the shares were trading for, and decided I'd rather sell them at a profit now, and have the coins in hand to spend on other opportunities, rather than wait for dividends.

This means he can say - "sorry guys, it was out of my control" - and mine for himself. Or, something not so obvious, but with the same result, or so.
So, please cancel all my bids - I will not make such risky investment. Sorry, if I've made some troubles for you...
I'll put money in this project later, when it will be listed on BitFunder or btct. With all theirs security checks, and when dividends will be paid at least once.

That's too bad about the forums being down.

No worries, I will make sure the shares get transferred to the buyer(s) and acknowledged by Coinhoarder, even if I can't use the forums to do it.
