Minimum should be .1 BTC

Its been a while since we've had a real DDoS, MtGox hasn't been loading quite right lately, I'm seeing some strange movement. I don't really know whats going on.

Just like many people now think solving crimes is all about CSI-style evidence, they seem to think it's really easy to sue people and collect money too.
