How long has your ticket been unanswered? Even they usually respond within 24 hours. I still didn't get the rest of the Sia coins from mining also... in Bittrex the wallet is already read so you can able to withdraw or deposit a sc. i dont know if in the poleniex is still in maintenance but ithink now it is okay just check it. Post by: mobel on June 07, 2017, 10:14:02 AM I am following along in the Sia Slack channels, and the last thing I heard was that the Sia team was given Poloniex everything they needed in order to fix the wallet and the ball is therefor in their court.

I think the only things we can do is push Poloniex in their support channels for a resolution and hope it will get resolved soon.
