In past I saw some Ethereum faucets, but never used it due to high minimum cashout - it would take too long reach it.
There was some Ethereum faucets on ePay.info, but now this service turned into scam.
Faucethub.io planning to support Ethereum, but so far it's not clear when it will happen. It's a difficult proccess.

I suggest you to wait for FaucetHub.io ETH faucets, not only ETH faucets, but there will be added some another altcoins faucets there too, with mini exchange in site, so you can convert your money to one currency or another as you wish in the Micro Payment System site, a very good idea, no?

Most of the ETH faucets I knew before are directly paying through ePay.info, but unfortunately, as we probably all know, they become a scam, and those who join them will not be able to withdraw their balances from their account. I think it was Mexicantarget who exposes the truth about ePay selling their site to a domain auction. So as much as possible, stay away from them or stay away from faucets that still link their payment to ePay.

Now about your question, there are still active ETH faucets out there, but like BTC faucets, they are not that profitable anymore. They provide less than what you can claim when faucets still give up to 500k ETH.

But nonetheless, here are some ETH sites you may want to check out if you still want to claim from faucets:

free-ethereum.com

ethereumfaucet.net

eth-ereum.info

Hope this helps.

Try this faucet if works -

https://swissadspaysethfaucet.com/faucet/
https://eth-faucet.net/
http://ifaucet.xyz/ethereum/

Don't know reviews of website

Secondly ePay.info is not scam , There was some dispute with the developer and the owners of this website ....

Hey, my KemaETH (https://kemafaucet.com/eth) faucet is still up and running.
And I updated it just the other day with a new script and higher rewards. (Cooldown 5min, direct payment to Faucethub.io linked addresses.)

This one is a scam too, I was using this faucet for about 6 month and now I've got this error message :

"Your claim has been refused. This may be due to accessing the faucet via a VPN; or your IP, network, or other identifying information, which has been blacklisted due to spam, bots or other fraudulent activities."

I'm not using any vpn or bots, I'm just claiming normally from my isp ip address while I'm working...

This faucet is a scam don't use it !

Before you start yelling “scam” make sure it actually is a scam.
I have recently gone through the process of installing ip filters on my faucets which means I have some insight in the matter. It is pretty common to use a third party service for the ip filtering and while doing this you rely upon the data passed by the third party service.
So, if the screening service is blacklisting your ip, it’ll be blacklisted without the faucet owner having done anything.
If you are using dynamic ip supplied by your ISP, it might have been abused by some previous user on your network? So, your ip being blocked could be perfectly legit and both you and the publisher can be innocent of any wrongdoing.
I suggest contacting the faucet owner regarding the problem.
Now it’s very possible that it is a scam, but unless you actually investigate, you’re just being pissy because you got locked out.
So, in short... Do your due diligence before you start yelling “scam”.
This will help making this a better experience for everyone. :)

I'm not using dynamic IP, I've got a static IP and no abuse.

I tried to contact the faucet owner but it's simply impossible, there is no support email or contact form on the web site...

Well, in that case it doesn’t sound very promising. Like I said it’s very possible that it’s turned bad, I’ve just noticed that a lot of people like to shout scam the first chance they get. It seems you could be right on this one though. :)

There arent that many ethereum faucets, I recommend claiming BTC and Doge faucets and exchanging that to Ethereum.
Much easier way and it saves you on transfer fees.
