Title: MineCloud.io suspicious?
Post by: Tyrantt on June 07, 2017, 03:47:51 AM
I've seen some user here promoting this website in posts, so as Usual I've gone to test it out without depositing. After it has been running for an hour, I've got a few dollars and a little btc, but then when I've tried to set the % of what's it mining BTC balance went to 0 and it does everytime you slide the % tool. Anyone using this website or tested it out before?

Also, they're giving quite some GH/s for a ridiculous price for today's mining diff.

You will be better off investing your BTC in an ICO and getting at least a 3x return than locking your BTC in a cloudmining site. Cloudmining was a fad and now everyone knows that its not profitable, now all the money is in ICOs.

Every cloumining sites for me are suspicious. A lot of cloudmining sites just turn into a scam that takes a lot of investors money. Even a legit could turn into scam too. Cloudmining is not worth to invest IMO. It's not profitable at the same time risky. We don't how long they will live and we don't know how they think. Better find another good source of income. Altcoin trading is good. Why don't you try it?

Much better if you taken out your couriosity out there since im so sure that you wouldn't get any decent money on them but if they offered so big then its time for you to pack off and leave them since cloudmining has reputation of giving low roi and to much given by them is surely a scam.

You are a grown up guy aswell as a Hero member rank where supposed to be knowledgable on this kind of scheme and you should determine already on what is the real score on cloudminings since once and for all they are particularly scam nor giving such ridicolous low roi, So this thing is one of the basis that they are not the best area to put our trust in and don't be appealed on their GH promotion.

It is more than suspicious :)
Let me say in English: it is just another scam.
It's enough to take a quick look at the website to figure out that
Don't waste your time and money on this website.

Take note that there's no actually a legit cloud mining that you can get back all your investment wuth just a couple of days. Like genesis mining that have been turned as scam not actually scam but it's too hard to predict in any cloud mining if wr still get back all our investment. Much better to invest it in a right one.

I didn't invest nor did I said I will, I just like testing out services and pointing out scams or legit ones here.

Well not right now to be precise. A few years back I've invested in cex.io and one more cloud mining services that I can't remember the name of but in both I've got ROI and that's when the diff was lower. Now, I'd never invest into any cloud mining service because I know what's going on. Don't worry about me. :D

Every investment is a risk. You just need to be more vigilant. Do not take any courage if you will invest money that you are not worth losing.

>Mining "calculator", misleading about how mining ROI would actually work
>The calculator shows 720% ROI in a year.  Compounded, that would be completely insane.  Furthermore, it's 2% per day which is several times more suspicious.
>Referral program offering >3% of the referral's investment
>Accepts Perfect Money, Payeer and Advcash

Definite scam.

Yes I believed that investing BTC in an ICO is much profiable than of cloudmining sites and exactly not profitable. Money in ICO is a good investment choice, because of those ponzi mining schemes that offers ghoat investment returns that might disappoint  you in the future. I am pertaining to genesis mining which turned as scam not actually scam that's  too hard to predict in any cloud mining if we can generate profit on what you have invested. I preferably choose that it's better to invest it in a secured on which is an ICO, because many are putting their money in those a lot of ICO projects which I am planning in the future.

It has been established in this forum that cloudmining is not profitable.  It will only eats your money and will have an endless span of time to ROI  until the company decided to shutdown and declare banruptcy well that is if the company is decent enough, some just shutdown without notice.  So I agree that it would be better to invest in an ICO than locking your money in a cloudmining investment.

ICO's is the new goer by those people who wants to earn but provably they can earn more bigger on this if they invested on days of the crypto that they give some bunos but same as hyip you should try to vigilant on these since not all ICO's are pretty much good since there are certain scams behiding on good roadmaps so we must beware on them so that we will not see our money fly away to our wallets.

Yeah thats true. All Im saying is there are trends or fads that are happening in the cryptocurrency community, and right now its the day of the ICOs. The cloudmining racket is already the thing of the past. That model has been proven unprofitable so there are less people that fall for it now. ICOs on the other hand is where the money is now because many people still fall for it as good investments.

Personally for me, I've invested a lot into cloud mining a few years back. I haven't checked their balance yet because even if the platform still exist today, I wouldn't make much from it. As stated a lot of times in this forums (not just this topic), most cloud mining is a ponzi scheme and will fall within a few months. There is still legit cloud mining services but you will make much more profit buying a dedicated hardware and mine Bitcoin (or Altcoin) yourself - if the electricity cost in your country/place is cheap.

(It's have been a long time since I follow the Altcoin world, so I am not going to say anything about ICO profit verses cloud mining profit here.)

And Actually ICO dominance keeps rising thats why we can see right now that hyips are more less unlike those past years or months around and I think some of Hyip makers are now Joining in the altcoin scene and made some another innovative strategies to get some money again from the people. So We should beware on both Ico shitcoins aswell as in Cloudminings since its not profitable for eternity.

A Hero member doesnt have any idea about cloud mining ponzis? Its very unusual and even newbies already got have an idea on how cloud mining works and how most of them are scam. When i read free gh/s i already neglect it right away.better not to pay attention about cloudmining.

It wont last forever. Sooner or later the investors will realize that most of those ICOs wont be anything. Did you watch the videos of Consensus 2017? There has to be a scam there somewhere. All those people were acting like they have the answer to all the world's problems.

I would rather participate in an a simple and fun ICO with simple goals like the one I have in my signature. ;)
