Lots of BTC-e.com scam reports. If your are being arbitrarily locked out of your BTC-e account. Contact http://www.mushkinlaw.com/bitcoin-law1/. They are a law firm in NYC that is interested in protecting bitcoin traders. You are also implored to contact FinCEN which is the international  financial crimes network.

170 Euros is to small of a sum. Your better off filing in small claims court yourself.

Why civil court? It is illegal to close my account with a blatant lie!

It is also illegal to false and misleading claim the applicable jurisdiction is Cyprus. Criminal offenses are clearly committed.

And as the alleged operator is incorporated in England and Wales, the best option is imo to file a complaint online and cost free at www.actionfraud.police.uk/

Yeah you can do it with zero cost, but what will happen ?
Nothing, actually what he said it's true.
If there's only 170 euro it's nothing because an expanse and a lot of document need to be prepared and of course need a lot of money.
If you got scammed by them ,the only thing that i knew's find another people and gathering all of the proof and evidence after that hire someone from local country and fill the document

No gain no pain, no cost no result.
