That's the driver I'm using with RX 580's and 480's in Windows 7 and I apply the pixel patcher after installing to bypass the signature check with a modded Bios. I tried updating to the new 17.6.1 after uninstalling the current driver in safe mode using DDU like I always do, but the new driver won't detect any of the cards and won't even install the driver, so maybe they have new type of check before installing the drivers.
