I dont know of one, would love to see if anyone posts, but there is a problem - most sites do not own the game infrastructure themselves, but rent from big software houses who do not actually accept cryptocurrencies. So it becomes tough for the sites to make bitcoin as the primary currency for obvious reason of daily fluctuations.
