It looks like using an exchange is the best way - but, since they gather so much info about you before they let you buy/sell, they're such a target for hacking. And, they have enough information in their database to make identity theft easy. So, if you reguarly sell bitcoins, what's your process? It is a good idea to exchange in person with real peoples when you meet up. it's safe and okay.
