Hi!

This question is inspired by some plans about future coins announced in Altcoin subforum. Please, state your opinion.

Even asking that question makes your 'coin' a fail.

I would set a NEGATIVE amount.

Any premine whatsoever on newly released altcoins should be considered illegitimate. The purpose of altcoins are to improve upon current coin design. Premining indicates a desire for the coin itself, rather than the idea of the coin.

The community should shun coins that are obvious pump and dump forks. So far it seems to be doing just that (for the most part) as CNC has done absolutely abhorrent.
