The best way to sell accounts is bitify.com.You can easily sign up and post account list which you want to sell without verification. I always prefer their escrow service due to low fees and smooth trade.

It's not recommended and you may receive negative trust from users who don't like that but It's definitely not against the rules to do so.

It's not possible to control as people use VPNs and Tor browser and they could come across the same IP address sometimes so catching them using the IP address is not an option right now unless theymos decide to ban VPNs which he probably won't do because this is a bitcoin forum and bitcoin is all about privacy.

You said you are still looking to sell your account. PerhapS the sale did not happen. I am willing to know the rate for which you had agreed to sell your your account for. Your sole motive is to earn btc. For that you can make somewhere around 42 meaningful posts and you can then earn by signature campaigns.
