Just got an email from this company and seems like one of the Asic LTC mining is available from them. No experience myself but i did contact them and they responded quickly and quite professionally.

Understandable, mining has always been random and it's almost like gambling, but that's where the biggest profits are made. If Bitmain squeezes more efficiency out of their already efficient 14/16nm process I'd be quite surprised. I've placed an order for Antminer D3 (batch 3 nov.), but there are no payment options, it says, that "bitcoin payment is temporarily inactivated due to current drastic fluctuations of BTC value in China. The payment method will be available as soon as the value stabilize", there are no options for credit card, paypal etc
