You are looking for a loan, with some ICO coin as a collateral which does not guarantee a current price at all, which is important about collateral. There must be some kind of buy support for the collateral to be valid, and at least 120% of the loan amount. If all this is as what you portrayed, then I see no reason why you can't just go ahead in just redeeming it yourself except there is something you are not saying about it. I have not found a one and even the http://kolionovo.com/ is down which is not a good mark. So unless they have been on a reputable exchange, they are not worth of anything.
