It really depends on what Hardware the Server has. What would you like to host? A Pool?

Best bet is to mine in a pool for FTC with poolers cpu miner. As it's a new currency the difficulty is rather low and with the little hash rate you will have, it will gen more coins on an easier target blockchain.

that ain't a server that's antique ;) no seriously i have 2 servers fastest is a dual xeon E5630 Quad core with 64gb of ram and that is already slow compared to this days hardware.

honestly i dont think you can do anything with it.

No offense, but I think its way to slow to really do anything with it unless it has like 8 graphics card slots to mine.

You realize even if it did have 8 they would all be pci or pci-extended right?

Does anybode have any weblinks for help at pool setup/install?

I searched long and hard on the web but can't seem to find any good website on building pool servers (btc or ltc).

Use poolbuilder

A couple Xeons does like .2 LTC

If it's idle, not bad ^_^
