I honestly think this is not possible without information were money is being wired to and they also have to abide by their AML regulations Would be sometimes useful to pay bills. Some information about the account holder will easily make this whole process much easier... Since SEPA transfers are fast and are available only in european countries then bitbill should fullfill your requirments. For other countries i think bitwala should work too, it's highly ranked in search engines to pay bills with bitcoins. My advice is bitcoin debit card which will solve all mentioned problems with low fee. IMO cubits and bitpanda both have SEPA transfers options to withdraw bitcoins as cash.It is up to you choose which service fits your needs. It's not done instantly, but usually within 1 hour. It can also works with altcoin if you use Shapeshift. You can pay all your recurring bills at once with Bitwala. You can even pay bills from a spreadsheet. Get a Serve card from American Express and use a service like Paxful to sell your Bitcoins into that serve card. From there you can either use an ATM for cash or if the bank wire is important then you can use that to wire to Walmart or whatever you need. |
