Fluence is open big data marketplace based on blockchain technologies. It is global, decentralized database for structured time-series data that allow to share, exchange or sell data securely. The purpose of Fluence is to bring justice to data utilization and provide AI with new amounts of data.

Fluence has three major components:
 
Decentralized database
Database provides decentralized storage of data with querying, encryption and permissions management through Ethereum blockchain.
 
Open data marketplace
Marketplace will allow data to become real digital asset with audit trails, ownership and permissions. We will create variety of data licensing ways: sell stream, access to API, rent for computations, etc.
 
Machine learning in the fog
In future we will make possible to run machine learning computations on encrypted data in the fog. That will allow to create models without violation of data privacy or even without data disclosure.





Fluence aims to create fair data market with respect to privacy and ownership.
 
Data owners can store data in Fluence and manage permissions to it through secure Ethereum smart contracts. Data can be sold or licensed via real time blockchain transactions.
 
Miners host decentralized database on their nodes and get rewarded for storage space and bandwidth.
 
Data scientists will be able to run machine learning computations on top of data in Fluence without violation of data privacy. Computation power also will be provided by miners.

  

There will be two stages: pre-sale and ICO. Details will be announced soon.

FLU Token is a core component of system. It handles all operations about data access transfer and rewards. Tokens will be issued in ERC20 format on Ethereum blockchain during crowdfunding period.

• Payments for data access between Providers and Buyers is going to be exclusively in FLU.
• Rewards for data usage for Providers, Data scientists and Data miners
• Each party payments in comprehensive license conditions of data/models usage defined by smart contracts
  

Another Ethereum token, ETH tokens nowadays are doing good and a very nice investments.

just go to myetherwallet click the "Send Ether & Tokens" then unlock the wallet using your key store file or private key, input the receiving address and  select what coin to send, input the amount and click Generate transaction and so.... on.

Looks like every small shops from every corner of the world will have their own coins, and they do ICO to grab easy money. ;D

ICO is really useful tool for fundraising. The difference from small shop is the actual token usage. In Fluence ecosystem token plays key role, it used for all data transactions and miners rewarding.
