I guess you got it wrong. You need to build trust by doing trades, being helpful to the community etc. then you offer escrow and signature campaign management services, It's not the other way around because people need to trust you before giving you such responsibility.

I'm sorry but seeing your posts history, you do not seem to be a good candidate to manage campaigns. Most of your recent posts are vouch requests for assorted products and bumps in your own threads.

Furthermore, you have no reputation for managing something that involves large amounts of money, and even though you are applying for this job to gain more reputation, you still need a foundation before people can trust you anything.

Why would anyone trust you such responsability when they already have a lot of great options from reliable members such as Lauda, Lutpin, DarkStar, Yahoo, etc?

My friend, you need to build the trust first in this forum, then after that, you can apply on this positions or work will come to you already even with just one history of your work. So its better to help the forum, by helping its members first to learn more about crypto.

Well like mentioned, no one would hire you as a manager with such a post quality. Secondary, even if someone hired you the funds wouls need to be escrowed. You have no trust here, so no one would trust you with any kind of amount. Just try to do some signups here for money, or start a lebding thread.

Agreed on him, I too started without any background and I offer my services to people such as devs and I too don't have any trust but I try not to lack on constructive post since that's the only asset I can give. With good communication skills you can achieve that services.
By the way, you must offer atleast low amount on your start since those reputable members mentioned requires high amount since their professional on their job.

Yes, you can offer lending service without any reputation but you must need an trusted member to hold escrow for the collateral. On currency exchange service, I don't think you can offer that since it requires trust and reputation.

Hi. I think that you need to be as minimum sr. member for this job position. And you need to ask any signature campaign manager that he teach you how to do it properly. Because I suppose you have not any experience with it. You should agree even to work for FREE as helper. And only then offering that service.
