Title: What to do if Poloniex swallowed several withdrawals?
Post by: astuteficus on June 12, 2017, 07:39:53 AM
Two times for last week Poloniex swallowed my withdrawals (FCT and SC). In withdrawal history I see transations as complete, but they just didn't arrive to destination and even didn't apear in network. Support responds with standard phrases like 'we are investigating', but no effect. Is there a way to get coins back?

If you are talking about the withdrawal of SC. I think their wallet is indeed is in trouble, you can see the official thread of SC a lot of people complain about this

Your best and easiest bet is to keep messaging support and keep complaining without fail until they finally resolve your situation. In my experience as long as you are a pain in the ass they will quickly discover its easier to fix your problem than to keep delaying it.

Yes. They look like completely normal successful transactions. Except are they absent in network.

I never faced any problem on withdrawals but when it comes to SC they had some issues with the wallet because Poloniex can't do anything with wallets. I think the problem is with SC dev side, maybe very soon he is going resolve the problem with the wallet.

Yes, the price difference that is far enough, even already 5 days my coins missing in bittrex, whereas the current wallet already looks normal from bittrex as well as poloniex

Very unfortunate but very true. Even in real life, I find I have to spend hours and hours complaining and asking. When it comes to business, everyone is happy to take your money but if it's about refunds, payments, returns etc. you have to keep bugging them until some higher management decides to solve your issue.
