I just made a conversion the other day when bitcoin is at its peak, even with reconverting to bitcoin again at the current price can make my stash of BTC increase.  So I guess I will buy more BTC today.  It is always great to timed the conversion at peak, so that when the price of Bitcoin goes down, we can buy more than what we converted.

If you want to make profit you have to keep your eye closely on the market all the time and watch multiple exchangers. Now the price has droped a bit and this is opportunity to get few hundred bucks in your pocket. But you have to be fast and have your fundus ready, the very next moment situation can change.

The usual thing especially in bitcoin price movement, up, down, massive up, massive down etc. But above all of that, the general summary is price is increasing more than when it was decreasing. We shouldn't be on the current price today if the ups and down distribution are just equally fair. Bulls always winning the game with correction price as break time.

Yes, segwit is greatly important for bitcoin's future. Because ethereum is causing too much pressure on bitcoin and this is no good for bitcoin market value. After upgrades, bitcoin can be stronger than ever.

I fail to see how a big and complex-for-the-public change may help bitcoin at all. if bitcoin is to have a tough month that is August17.

I'm not pulling anything out. I wish I had more to put in.

That said. I put more in on Fri. anticipating the weekend jump. I wish I had stuck to my original plan to just wait for the correction. I saw it stabilize at $2800 for so long I let my guard down.

Congratulations, always a good time to buy at the dip so you just need to wait to see your ROI in a few days. The up>down>up so in the end the cycle will still in the favor of the holders and those people who bought while it is on dip. I just want to know how many btc's you have bought a while ago?

Yup all good for us and bad for big boys, those with 200K+ bitcoins when price increases $1 they earn $200K profit potentially, when price drops $5 they are losing $1M potentially, it is indeed very hard to imagine the feelings of such a whale when price drops $200/ $400 then he/she will eat up himself/herself to the bone because of the potential loss of $40M/$80M that is a huge difference when you think about it.

Yes, but they already watched their net worth rise in the 7 or 8 digits of profit. If they aren't selling now, it's because they see this as fluctuation, and are looking further ahead. On a side note, there aren't many 200k+ holders.

You are in good action after crash bought bitcoin and sooner you will make profit and i saw the movement of the price today the price is drip fed look the movement the price slowly increase back.. looks like many people are supporting bitcoin and they don't want to see low price..
i just watch the movement of the price before the price crash that i saw there are some people or i think a group are keep buying while other traders are selling they are still keep buying just to main the price i just saw the movement in bitstamp. but stop after few hours and see a large dump but not too big and now they are drop feeding the price again to increase..

When price drops 10% (~$300 today), they lose 10% value on paper, same as everyone else.  Yes, it's more $$$, but they still keep 90% of the value, and their net BTC worth has tripled since March, just like any other holder from then or earlier.

Its been a while since we seen the last dip. It is good if you caught the 2400+ dip, I think you will have a good profit from it if you hold it for a while.

Nope, it's not all good for sure. The market cap difference between bitcoin and ethereum is only 7 billions at the moment. And the more time passes the closer it gets. I wouldn't be surprised if ethereum surpasses bitcoin in like a day or so. Of course it's a good idea to buy bitcoins still because there are a lot of money invested in bitcoin infrastructure and it can't just evaporate. If it happened those millionaires would take a huge loss. So in the long run it is definitely going to come back.
Is there a limit on how much profit you want to get? that's kinda bullshit, I've never thought about it in such way because you always want to get more and more money out of your investment

I don't know if it's actually the best idea to invest in bitcoins right now because there will be a massive price drop when eth market cap is going to become massive. Right now it seems to be that bitcoin might take a huge L when eth because stronger and stronger.


Or the price is going to come back down and continue dropping. You can never know.

The fact that we haven't seen a dip in a while doesn't mean anything. Eth is growing nonstop for a while and it didn't have a dip, besides that it doesn't show any signs of stopping and going the strongest from all the coins.

We will see about that, August is too soon I think, but I think price eth looks so small when we comparing it with btc price, 10 times less and in future that difference will be bigger, but not so fast, maybe until the end of the year, like always when price start to go up insanely. We all agree here that price for bitcoin looks promising, this year was great for bitcoin, couple countries legalize it, and we have another half coming, who knows what is waiting for bitcoin if couple more countries follow this.

It's all good is right via bitcoinwisdom we are back in the green and starting the climb back up. Such is the life of a bitcoin hodler!

But I feel that this is not the time for that to happen at least not yet.

I guess Bitcoin will go down a bit. This will be the moment when you can buy Bitcoin and wait for its peak.
