Can you suggest credicard that i can acquire? This is my first time to get a creditcard. Most probably i will use it to buy groceries, home appliances,gadgets and sometimes for occasional travel. Thanks.

ang alam ko sa mga bank ka makakakuha ng credit card at dapat yta may business ka or may trabaho man lang bago ka bigyan nito, kasi syempre di ba kung wala ka naman stable income hindi ka basta basta mkakabayad

you should first check yung mga card na nag ooffer ng free annual fee for lyf. tapos syempre mababa ang interest
for starters okay ang bpi, security bank and bdo.
pag mag aapply ka mas okay if straight ka punta sa bank para mas mabilis process - tried online kaso na decline lang kasi siguro minimum lang yung sa sahod ko nun time na yun. HAHAHAHA

There's no problem with acquiring credit card as long as you are responsible in using it, bear in mind that it is only for convenience
and not like you are loaning money to buy something. As soon as you receive your bill, pay it right away, you have no idea how big the
penalty when you defaulted or delayed in payment.

Parang hindi naman ata requirement yun. Yung tita ko nga sa bahay lang, pinandalhan din ng card. Hindi ko alam kung ano pinagbabasehan nila pero kapag nakita nila na mukhang pwede ka pagkatiwalaan, magpapadala na lang sila ng card via mail. And then saka ka na magdedecide kung tatanggapin mo yun. Wala naman akong ginawa, basta pinadalhan lang nila ko ng Visa and then parang a year later lang AmEx naman. And then multiple times nila tinaasan yung credit limit ko.


True, mataas yung patong. One time sa isang account ko naibayad yung bill ko. Ayaw nila i-roll back yung transaction (parang tuloy nakaroon ng advance payment yung isa). Halos 2k yung ipinatong, not to mention tawag sila ng tawag sa akin.

Kung you're living below your means, wala talagang problem yung credit card. Yun ngang mga groceries wala namang patong na additional charge.

Importante i-maintain ng maayos yung card records kasi yan yung pagbabasehan later kung makakakuha ka ng car or home loan, dyan kasi nakabase yung credit record mo. Kung wala kang credit card, mas mahirap kumuha ng loans kasi wala silang pagbabasehan ng credit history mo, kung good payer ka ba.

Ang alam ko kapag qualified ang monthly income mo madali lang na makakuha ng credit card siyempre may qualifications sila na dapat mameet mo para mag offer sila sayo mas higher na income mas higher din ang credit limit mo.

Having a credit card has its positive and negative effects to the holder. One of its positive effect is that you can get your item immediately and you can take your time to pay for it. You can also be safer if you bring credit card with you instead of cash. You can also have a consummer protection on the items which you purchase and you can have rewards which are redeemable. For the negative effects you will be tempted to overcharge on the items you want to buy immediately.  You can also pay for high interest and fees if you will not check it thorougly. You can also pay a charge fee if you miss a payment. Never put your card anywhere as there are thieves who are very good in using the details in you card. Be wise in getting and using your credit card.

hindi naman po basta basta ang pagkuha nun, kailangan may prof of income ka talaga na masasabi mong matatag at sayo talaga, yung asawa ko sa bdo siya kumuha ng credit card, matatag daw na bangko yun e, saka hindi sila ganun kahigpit basta may magandang trabaho ka, 50k ang kaya ng credit card nya

Kase bro it depends on you. Pero kung pang grgro grocery lang din naman, ayos na yung sa metrobank o yung bdo. Ayos yun sa mga pang gro grocery.
