I am a small time trader and dont want to get hit with a fee for transferring from btc-e to bter. I have a great reputation on the old CNC/LTC google docs exchange. If you look at my post I have about a dozen Successful buy/sell orders in the last few week. Willing to do smaller increments or anything fair. But will only trade with new members if they send first.
