I can't allow to start ICO because will be need big money for run this.

I creating code and design now..

Want to find investors.
need 2-3 btc only.

50 percent of profit will be transfer to investors.

Gambling site doesn't run on 2-3 bitcoins.You need a lot more money for marketing and promotion.Did you forget the house ?
You are so over-confident that you've assumed your website would be making profits ? The market out there is saturated,your competitors spend 3-5 bitcoins every week for only advertizemnets. Still think you can make profits ? 

No. 2BTC - 3 BTC is not enough for this type of site.  8)

Who is going to find the house? Unless you're only going to accept micro bets with micro/capped payouts 2-3 BTC is nowhere near enough to keep the house funded. You're going to need a lot (and a lot of lots) more than that.
If you're really serious and think your casino can be profitable then I suggest you finish building it and then go to investors in order to sell some equity. Until then nobody is going to invest in something that has no evidence of its existence, competitive edge or legal framework for that matter.

Nobody smart will not just give you 6,000-9,000$ . First you need to share your idea. Then interested people will contact with you and you will need to agree on their rules (because every investor want to be protected from scam). For example, your game will works on investors VPS and he will the owner of domain. Also you will not have any access to wallet storing game bankroll (but only investor) and so on. Stop thinking that there are stupid people who have free 3 BTC...

And for Just 2-3btc ask how could you market your site on that matter? Do you think It will work without proper promotion or advertisement? Since I don't see any serious site who runs for that amount and surely the one you will get is Heartbreak since you cannot give back some profits for your investors since you have failed to run smoothly this project, Remember this mate big amount is Seriously needed on business so that it will gain success.

In my opinion, the capital of 2-3 btc from each investor will not be enough if later 50% will be profitable for investors

You did not understand correctly..

for example:
Project have 10 investors.
Total profit 0.5btc per month.
0.25btc will be my profit.
other 0.25btc will be profits of investors.
Profit each of investors = 0.25/10 = 0.025btc..

An ICO wouldn't apply in this case unless your casino had its own currency. I assume in this case you mean an IPO. Regardless, that's not the way to go about it. Once you finish the site or site demo you can lay out your long term plans (similar to a business plan) to attract investors. You can decide how much equity you want to give up and for how much and can then start posting seeking for investors or contacting them individually. Nobody will inevest in an idea. They want something that has potential and/or proof of profitability.

Money or capital plays a secondary role in what you intend to do, do not forget that you are going into a very competitive and partly saturated market, what are you plans to introduce what people have not seen before?

This shall be an instant failure if you venture into it without bring in a new feature, 2-3 btc is enough if your gambling site possesses what people will love to see and this is because you said you are a coder yourself.
