SOLVED - Thanks BTC-e, Solved in 72 Hours, which is fast considering the size of the Exchange.  The money was fully paid into my account! ;D ;D ;D

I LOVE BTC-E AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM!  THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Hi,

I am new to the forum and I am hope I am doing this correctly.  I deposited 10,737 USD from my Money Polo account to BTC-e today.  I have done this many times via OKPay or Money Polo and the Money always reflects instantly in BTC-e.  However this evening, I paid via Money Polo and it said "Payment Successful", but there was a small error message to the left that said "error indicating balance amount".

Long story short, the amount was processed on the Money Polo side as PAID, but nothing is showing on my BTC-e page.  Has anyone else had issues like this before?  This is stressing me out as I understand that BTC-e have a million clients, I dont know when they will get back to me.  10k USD is a lot of money.
