i would recommed you Btclick.com or coinad, but i prefer Btclick.com, they have many reall active users.
For my exp, PTC give better result than banner ads and they are better at prevent bots and fraudent traffic

Other than these PTC websites , you can obtain better and legit traffic by advertising on bitcoin websites with real active users. I bet it would be much more effective than PTC sites. The only downside though is that its quite expensive.

That depends on the website that you want to promote. If it is microearnings related, faucets, PTC sites etc then advertise on other PTC sites, some PTC sites have their own custom banner space or opt for mellowads, coinzilla, a-ads or ppcadmedia.

If it is related to gambling, cloud mining, HYIP, mellow is good.

You can also try Runcpa if it's a cloud mining website.

I would not recommend Coinad for banner advertising. Many advertisers have complained about fake impressions.

I just hope people stop promoting ponzi and hyip sites. That's totally damaging the image of bitcoins and really doesn't improve the quality of life in the use of bitcoins. Also, if you advertise your referral links and banners about hyips, that means you are supporting scammers and you should be ashamed of yourself.

I would have preferred an entirely different region which is google adwords . The reason is that they bring targetted traffic or you can go with facebook marketing which has not just social value but brings relevant people to you if you want to go out of the box.

None of the above will be effective for promotion purposes, I would say, with experience of burning fingers in internet marketing.
The best will be targeted marketing with Google Adwords, Bing and also the social media like facebook, twitter and such other social media like instagram and other. You can reach your targeted audience using the mainstream media if used wisely.

My experience tells me to have a quality traffic. You must pay more money for each click. And know where to advertise. Mellow ads allows you to advertise on different personalized pages or the entire complete network.

Advertise in the complete network. Generates more click lost since they are published in pages where there are no people really experimenting with bitcoins

I keep experimenting. The banner attracted a lot of traffic. The reason of this is becouse mellowads calculate a total of 2400 click. And I got much more than the calculated. The page is a webhyip bitcoin. Has a good hook and a professional design

The one site is the one on which you wrote this post. Yes, Bitcointalk. You can buy advertising space here or launch bounty campaigns. That's the most targeted Bitcoin advertising you can get. But other than that, you can try freebitco.in. Has a massive userbase, and of course all of them are Bitcoin users.

Its good you take the suggestions that are being given but what I would add is that you should persevere more because of the results you expected might not be coming at the moment but with time everyone will get to know and you reap the benefit of your investment but for now, don't give room for discouragement.

It is better to promote crypto at non-crypto media.

I share your opinion, it is probably the best option if your target is the cryptocommunity - so if you want to boost the popularity of altcoin exchange or ICO it is 100% the best place.
From the other hand in you, want to promote a service for newbies you may consider mainstream sites and companies like ADsense - you see, it is all about the target.
Another important issue - do you want to pay for the advertisement only with BTC? Or you have no problems with traditional fiat payments.

I had a bad experience with Cointraffic personally. They just eat through your budget. I cannot recommend them.
